Good evening, Tammy!
I am pleased that you contacted us. Overall the trip was
beautiful but I can not say that the rooms, Reception desk
or American Express Travel were up to our expectations.
When we arrived they stated that we would be in our room
in two hours, then six hours later we were able to get in
our room. Not only that, the front desk staff were very rude
and not helpful. The rest of the resort staff, however, were
wonderful! Our room door lock was not working and our jacuzzi
unfortunatly would not hold water long. Our friends had originally
been booked in our room and were moved because the door was
not working. Us on the other hand had to have the concierge
let us in a number of times with only one working key.
American Express travel agent that is at the hotel never
called us to book our arrangements for our departure after
we met with him and left messages so we had difficulty leaving
and had to call a cab.
Elite travel was wonderful to work with and I would recommend
your agency to everyone I know. Katie was extremely helpful
and easy to work with. A great change from other travel agencies.
Unfortunately due to our expereinces, we may not return to
El Dorado Royal for future stay which is very disappointing
to my husband and I.
If you have any further questions please feel free to contact
me.
Thank you kindly!

DESTINATION WEDDING
Hello Kay,
Our wedding went beautifully and you can see pictures at www.bonsallphoto.com,
go to albums, then click on Meredith & Rafael wedding
06/14/08. St Augustine was wonderful and the people at the
bed & breakfast (Larry, John, & Bob) were all wonderful
and took care of us very well.
We were disappointed in a few things. One, (and maybe this
is just a lifestyle type of thing) but the B&B had no
tv's in the rooms. Considering St. Augustine closes down around
9:00 pm, we were disappointed that we could not go back to
our room and wind down with the television. The only other
thing is that our bed was REALLY hard and I had trouble sleeping
most nights, as did Rafael. We made the best of it though
and we truly enjoyed our time in St. Augustine.
Thank you again for all of your help.

Hi Ruth, just wanted to let you know the Ritz at Cayman was
FABULOUS! We absolutely loved it! We love Caymans anyway and
the Ritz just topped it off. Our room was a great location
on the property also. Thanks, as always!!!!!!

Kay,
Besides my lost luggage, Jamaica was great. We saw some of
the same staff at San Souci that we saw at couples last year.
They claimed that they remembered us, lol! We enjoyed ourselves
but we missed about a day of activities due to my luggage
being MIA. I have gotten your emails but we have both been
very busy. Thanks for all of your help!

Hi Tammy & Everyone at Elite Travel,
Reginald and I had a FANTASTIC time at the El Dorado Royale.
The scenery, room, oceanviews, all were breathtaking. The
service was great and the food was DELICIOUS. We have been
recommending this location to everyone we know, and yes, we
plan to visit there again. Having children shouldn't mean
not taking time with your spouse or significant other or feeling
guilty about it, which is what we have come to learn and understand.
This was the greatest way for us to reconnect with each other
without all of lifes other distractions. I think I fell in
love all over again, and we've been together for going on
18 years.
Please tell Heather that we said THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK
YOU !!! Her selecting this destination was right on the money!!!
This was a trip definitely worth taking.
We will try to send pictures by the end of the week. Once
again, our heartfelt thanks for helping us to have a BEAUTIFUL
trip.
Yours Truly,
Anissa & Reginald Smith / 6/26/08 / Union, NJ

DESTINATION WEDDING
Hi Tammy and Heather,
I just wanted to let you both know that our wedding was fabulous.
I sent you a link to my Shutterfly of photographer proofs.
I will send others soon. We were upgraded to first class on
the way down to Jamaica, which was awesome. The resort was
wonderful The wedding coordinator, Chandlyn was so great to
us. It was so stress free and just perfect. We stuck with
the basic package and the flowers were lovely and the cake
was yummy too. We did get the steel drum band which was worth
every penny.
The reception dinner was excellent and we had our own waiter.
Even though it was semi-private, we felt that it was private
enough for the 12 of us. We thank you for the efforts you
took to check into and extra night's stay for us. We really
did not want to leave!!! We plan to go back on our 1 year
anniversary.
Thanks for keeping our travel and wedding stress free! There
were no problems in any area. It was PERFECT!
I created a website of all of some of our wedding pics. There
is even a video of our wedding ceremony. I will post a video
of the steel drum band soon, so you can see them and hear
what they sound like. Feel free to have your brides email
if they would like the link to the site.
Thanks again for everything that you and Heather did to make
our wedding trip simple and perfect. I went to the brides.com
to post something for you, couldn't find where to post.
Thanks,

Frank,
Antigua was fantastic! We couldn’t believe how nice
everything was. The food was excellent, the view unbelievable
and the service was great! I am glad that we were able to
have our vacation at such a wonderful destination. Everything
went smoothly while we were there and I am thankful that we
booked through you. We talked to many couples who booked themselves
and they didn’t seem to have it as easy as we did.
I will tell my family and friends about our great experience!
I appreciate you working with us and helping us enjoy our
time in Antigua!

It
was a great trip and Kay did an excellent job as she always
does. It was the perfect spot for a honeymoon a lot to do
but not to much. The beaches were great, food was pretty good
and the service was friendly. If you want to know anything
else just ask.

Hello Tammy,
We had a great time on the trip. The Body Holiday was very
nice with great spa treatments and service. I have already
mentioned it to a few friends as a great place to vacation!
The driver Ernest was very good getting us to and from the

Hi Tammy,
Thank you for contacting us. We had a fabulous time and the
wedding was fantastic. We will definitely remember this trip
for years to come.
We would be more than happy to share our thoughts and feedback
on the hotel. Overall the staff and service was absolutely
amazing. They really now how to cater to your needs. The food
was fair - however we did not get a chance to eat at the Japanese
restaurant. I heard it was great. Our tv in our room did not
work properly and we had the air conditioner serviced twice.
In addition, the quality of the room and overall comfort was
also fair. I don't believe my husband and I would return to
the Azul but would recommend it to other party's. If you are
looking for a quite hotel and for some serious R and R - Azul
is the place to go.
We took a day trip to Cancun and when we return to this area
The Cancun Palace and The Sun Palace is at the top our list.
Thanks again for everything and feel free to contact us should
you have any questions.

Kay,
We're swamped with all of the unpacking and shopping we're
doing this week, but I wanted to at least let you know that
everything went fantastically in Barbados! You put together
a great honeymoon for us, and everything ran even more smoothly
than we'd hoped for. Thank you so much! We'll send a much
more detailed letter when things calm down next week, and
hopefully we'll have some pictures uploaded to send to you
as well. Thanks again!

Hey there-
Thanks for that. I ended up not having internet access while
I was there because I mostly stayed with the people who booked
in at the Riu and their internet area flooded. There was also
a flood in the main hall of the Sunset....bad pipes must run
through all of Jamaica! No big deal to me either way. I used
a driver from the hotel who was reasonable.
Thanks for getting back to me on it. I did enjoy the stay
and plan on going again in future, so I will keep your info
handy.
Thanks again

The royal playa del carmen is a dream destination. All of
the people who worked there or preformed there were of outstanding
character. The resort is definitely one I will return to.
I am not in a position to comment on the service of Elite
Travel except to say that Katy and her grandmother were very
kind and professional.

Hi Tammy,
The RIU Ocho Rious was grand. This was my first time to this
type of resort and I believe that it is a good way to go.
I did not get much time to rub shoulders with the locals,
so I am not sure that I truly experienced the true Jamaica.
I will recommend Elite Travel to those that I come in contact
with that may be going on a trip.
Thank you for your assistance and thank Heather Williams
who helped us personally with our reservations.

We had an amazing time. I really appreciate all
the help and questions you guys were able to answer. I know
I didn't always make Heather's job easy with all of my changing
plans. She really did an acceptional job of getting back to
me on everything every time. This was my first time to the
Caribbean, so I really didn't know much of what to expect.
The only thing I wish I would have been informed of was more
specifics about the resort we stayed at. Since I went with
a wedding that already picked the hotel, I'm sure she had
all of the details, but I would have like to know more about
the different restaurants, games during the day and nightly
entertainment. I feel like we didn't catch onto the resort's
schedule for all of these things until it was time to go.
I kinda feel like there were things happening at the resort
that I didn't know about, and missed out on.
I also feel like I didn't have much of a clue of how much
things were going to cost. Most things outside of the resort
were inexpensive, but I wish I would have known that a 6 mile
taxi ride was going to be $30!!
Wow.
All that said, my vacation couldn't have been more perfect
and I truly plan on using Elite the next time I travel.
Thank you for everything!

Frank,
Thank you so much! We had a terrific time in Jamaica. It was
absolutely beautiful. I am so glad we went with Sandals as
the vacation spot. It was very nice to be with other couples
celebrating their Honeymoon's and Anniversaries. It made for
a romantic time. I honestly can't begin to tell you how much
we enjoyed it. I think the best part was just laying around
on the beach and enjoying the great entertainment that they
have at the resort. That is definitely something I would play
up for other couples. We had no idea what we would do with
all of the free time there, but the entertainment they had
was fantastic and very funny.
I can give you a few cons, but none of these things would
lessen the amount of fun we had. The first would have to be
the food. I was surprised by the quality. We didn't go there
to pig out and eat, but even the restaurants toted as fine
dining, we only so so. Then again we are both in the food
industry and love food. The other let down was the Concierge
level suite. Had I know what I was really paying for and the
difference between the Concierge and Butler level, I would
have dished out more just to have that lever of service. I
don't feel like paying for the Concierge level was all that
worth it. The only thing they really did was book our services
and we really only used them 2 times.
With all that said, we had the best vacation we have ever
had together. We love the people, the scenery and the fun.
It was a trip that we will never forget and the whole time
we were there we kept saying that we will definitely be back!
Thanks again for all of your help and hard work getting us
there. I know we flip flopped a few times when trying to decide
where to go and what to do. Without you helping us, we never
would have had so much fun!
Thanks again,
As far as future ideas, for our 1st anniversary we would love
to do a trip to Europe. We will look at going for 2 weeks
and stopping in several countries. Definitely Ireland, Italy,
and maybe Greece. You tell us what options are out there and
we can look into it. We also said that every two years on
our anniversary, we want to go back to Sandals. Not necessarily
the same location, but to their other locations.

DESTINATION WEDDING
Hi Heather,
Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you, we had a reception
this weekend so we had a very busy week getting ready. First,
let me say the flower arrangement was beautiful and a great
surprise. I was actually just heading out to go buy some flowers
for our house since we were having Marsh's family stay with
us when they arrived. The are awesome!
We had an awesome time at the RIU, the resort was gorgeous,
the water was perfect, and the wedding was great. Checking
in was not easy, Our room was not ready for several hours,
Marsh's parents rooms got switched by accident, another couple
was given a room that was occupied (they walked in on a half
naked couple!), and Dana and Jessica had to stay in a King
bed for a night because the staff told them "We rent
rooms, not beds, you get what you get." Finally, about
5 the next evening that problem was resolved. No one was upgraded
and they really wouldn't even entertain the idea of upgrades.
Marsh and I finally got one the day before the wedding, but
that was only after the wedding coordinator requested it.
However, there was plenty to do while we waited for our rooms!
The swim up bars were so fun, the food was fair (probably
our least favorite part about the whole experience), so we
filled our bellies and headed to the bar to wait!
The wedding was exactly what I wanted, we did, however, have
to wait two hours to meet with the wedding coordinator. We
had a meeting set up for eleven on Saturday, but Chandlyn
was "not avaliable" so we were just told to come
back later. I really had a hard time adjusting to the way
the Jamaicans have no regard for time. They do it when they
get to it! We never met with Chandlyn, but the girl who helped
us was great. The photographer was AMAZING! It was impossible
to choose pictures. (I'll send you a link to our photos).
I know you head about our cancelled flight and all that. I
was extremely dissapointed in Air Jamaica's service.
All in all it really was a fantastic trip! I was impressed
with the RIU resort. While we probably wouldn't go back to
Ocho Rios, we would love to visit other RIU resorts (especially
Cabo San Lucas!) You have been great to work with and I really
appreciate it. There were of course several little things
that went "wrong" throughout the week, but when
you're traveling with 25 people, that's bound to happen. Those
little "problems" have since turned into fun memories
that we will have the rest of our lives. Everyone seemed to
really enjoy themselves! Thanks a lot, I hope to plan other
trips with you in the future!!
Thanks,
Shelli & John Eberle / 6/6/08 / Knoxville, TN
