Sorry it has taken me this long to get back to you. We have been so busy every since we got back from the honeymoon. Our wedding was absolutely wonderful and the honeymoon was amazing. We loved the resort! It was everything that we were looking for. It was small, romantic and peaceful. You could be as involved in things as you wanted to be or not at all if you choose so. The staff was great. We never had to wait long for anything and they were always so helpful. Of course we had our favorites but who does not. We loved that the resort was small. We were not really looking for something where there were going to be tons of people. Also, it never mattered what time we made it out to the beach there were always lounge chairs (a big plus). It did rain practically everyday around 11:30 but that did not stop us from falling in love with Jamaica. We cannot wait to go back to such a wonderful place. Thank you so much for telling us about this resort.

Thank you for the follow up e mail and believe Leslie and I can say we were amazed at the quality of service offered at the El Dorado. This resort should truly begin consulting with companies that are heavily involved with customer service related items. We were impressed from our arrival and departure. Excursion to Tulum - was great but would suggest detailing the heat is intense and an umbrella/hat should be utilized
Reservations - no longer needed at the restaurants
Excursions/Bus Trip - I know these will likely vary but we were the first couple picked up at 7:45 am and did not know we would stop at the various other resorts. We were the last to be dropped off after our trip to Playa (thus picked up at 6pm from Playa and dropped off at 7:30pm) - might be good to pass on the bus ride might be an hour to two hours due to the stops at other resorts.

Dear Kay:

The wedding went great. It was just exactly what we wanted! Our honeymoon was great too. We appreciate all the help you gave us. Our flights went good we didn't have any trouble getting our boarding passes or our ride to the resort. The resort was beautiful. We went snorkling, went on the glass bottom boat ride, and then we just layed in the hamock and relaxed. The people were all very nice and helpful. The food was tremendous. I think we gained a few pounds:)
The only problem we had was when we came back to the United States they told me I had to have a verification letter for my passport application. But that took maybe 5 minutes so it wasn't a big deal.
We really do appreciate all your help. It was so relaxing and we had an amazing time. It was a great kick start to our new lives together.

FABULOUS Tammy!!! I am not yet home so I will send you a detailed email with my experience but Cotton Bay is gorgeous, the food delicious, the staff and management are wonderful, and the accommodations to die for!! We got a complimentary upgrade to the Chateau Mango Villa. It was right on the beach and there aren't enough words to describe it. I didn't want to come home at all!!!!!!!

Our trip overall was FANTASTIC!! We love that area of Mexico. The grounds of the resort were beautiful (minus the sandbags) and impeccable. The crew there is amazing -- everyone from the lawn caretakers to the waitstaff to the bellman -- everyone. Service was perfect. We stayed in a Casita in the 27 bldg. Although the casita suites are unique and charming, we were very disappointed with the bathrooms. Ours was very outdated and seemed to have a layer of grime. The entire suite was adorned with this beautiful marble except for the bathtub area. Water collected where it shouldn't on the side panel of the tub and the shower curtain had holes in it.
My husband thought that the food was mediocre during lunch and breakfast. I thought drinks served in small plastic and Styrofoam cups was more like something one would find at a 2 or 3 star resort.
Either way, we had a great time and didn't let an outdated bathroom detract from our amazing honeymoon. We really appreciated how hard the staff worked to make sure everyone was happy. I also really like the "natural" feel to the whole resort. We drove into the Iberostar resort complex and were appalled. Oh! And, all the pools to choose from was heavenly!! Overall, we had an amazing time and I didn't want to come home, but I would check out other 4-5 star resorts before going back to El Dorado.
A huge thanks to you guys for making all of our travel arrangements. Tammy was such a pleasure to work with and I'd definately call her again in the future. We really needed that extra help given all the chaos around our wedding time.

Well we are starting to get some photos from friends so once we have some jpgs we would be happy to send them over to you. The wedding was a perfect day and went great!

The honeymoon was great overall. We loved Homeric Poems and want to go stay there again someday for an anniversary. Their service was great and I just loved the view from our room and the breakfast was excellent!!!

The Spillotica was not as nice since our room was right under the Pool/Bar that basically was a restaurant so we could hear people walking above us at all hours and they had music blasting all the time that was very loud and not relaxing. We had to tell them to lower it down at 10:00 PM at night since we could hear it very loudly in our bedroom! The room also smelled of new paint and mildew everywhere. It needs to air out for a few days. The bathroom also had a mildew problem on the ceiling and water kept coming out of the shower. The pool also was too small since you could not really swim in it. The view there was very nice and breakfast was good. The folks that worked there were very friendly.

The St. George in Athens was just a fabulous hotel! The service was extremely good, breakfast was excellent and the room was just so modern and nice. The staff was very helpful at all times. We loved their pool!! The tour we took was very good and we had a problem since they called and had no record of it but we called Kay and she took care of it. I would stay there again. The car service was great and arrived on time.

Maui was fantastic! Weather was great, got nice tans, just a little mist a
couple days. The Outrigger Royal Kahana is a great place to stay. Our condo
was wonderful! The view was fantastic, Room 408. Spent a lot of time on the
lenai just watching people walking on the beach and the marvelous sunsets.
Very clean, nice pool and grounds and even good elevator service. Couldn't
have been better except longer. We never got our lei greetings which would
have been nice but I hope you can refund Sherryl's money. We did the Road to
Hana and sunset cruise and drove to a few beaches. We have a lot of great
memories. Thank you for your super help in letting us have these memories.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are at the Royal in Cancun and it is absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!! I'm actually on my computer right now looking at the ocean which is the coolest thing ever. The staff has been A+++++ and the food is to die for. (we had surf and turf last night that was mouth watering) I can't thank you and your staff enough for everything you've done. The transition from airplane to hotel was flawless and all systems are smooth.

I do have one question though.... what is the "Honeymoon Bonus" consist of? We've gotten the room upgrade and I guess a $25 resort credit, but when we met with the Romance Coordinator she didn't know anything about an extra bonus. We've brought our marriage certificate and I thought were supposed to receive something extra - I thought I might have imagined something but just looked over the invoice and Honeymoon Bonus was on there. Any help in explanation is much appreciated!

We had a WONDERFUL time in Greece! everything went very smoothly (although we did miss our flight to athens on the way there due to a late departure from JFK), but everything worked out and we appreciate all of your help with planning it! I LOVED Santorini, while Joe enjoyed Athens more! The whole trip was incredible! I will definitely send you some pictures once I upload them onto my computer, we've been moving into our first apartment together, so we haven't even had the chance to look at our pictures yet! Joy and I had a fabulous time at the Bavaro Princess in the DR. The food was outstanding, and the beach was great. We had a great time. It seemed like this was a hot spot for European travelers but it was nice to be around a diverse group of people. We had some trouble with American Airlines (baggage was lost for a couple days) but that is not the first time I have experienced trouble with the big airlines...You were a big help in putting this trip together, and we really appreciate it.

Sorry for the delay in sending this. The last few weeks have been crazy with non-fun work travel. In an nutshell, thanks to you and your team for resurrecting what could have been a disaster. Trust me when I say that realizing your passport is nowhere to be found on the night before leaving for St. Maarten is no way to start your honeymoon! Luckily for us, you and your team were able to put together a fantastic trip to St. John (no passport needed) on the fly, and even were able to book low-cost flights at the last minute. I don’t know how you pulled it off, but I am very thankful that you did.

We certainly will turn to Elite Travel in the future for our travel needs. Thanks again for everything!

Frank, I had a wonderful time. I enjoyed it so much that I would love to move there. It seems as if it was Paradise. I would love to move their. Matter of fact the first thing I DID WHEN I GOT BACK IS LOOKED ON THE INTERNET TO SEE IF THE COMPNAY I WORK FOR HAD ANY OPENINGS IN HAWAII. THEY DIDN’T, BUT I WILL KEEP CHECKING.

WE TOOK 250 PHOTOS JUST TO GET HOME AND TRY TO DOWNLOAD THE PHOTOS AND THEY WERE NOT THERE!!! WE PANICKED BECAUSE I DID NOT DELETE THEM NOR DID MY HUSBAND. WE HAD TO TAKE THE SCANDISK TO BESTBUY’S GEEKSQUAD, PAY $60.00 FOR THEM TO SEND IT TO ST.LOUIS AND THEY SAID IT WILL COST BETWEEN $260-$1600 TO RETRIEVE THE DATA. IT IS GOING TO COST US TO RETRIEVE THE PICTURES.I AM WILLING TO PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MONEY BUT I CAN BUY TWO PLANE TICKETS FOR $1600.00 AND FLY BACK AND TAKE THE PICTURES AGAIN. THOSE PICTURES ARE SENTIMENTAL AND WE REALLY WANT THEM. THE GEEKSQAUD SAID THAT THIS IS MORE COMMON THAN USUAL THESE DAYS. THEY SAID WHEN THE CAMERA GOES THROUGH XRAY IT USUALLY HAPPENS AND THAT THEY ARE SEEING A LOT OF THESE SAME PROBLEMS WHEN PEOPLE COME BACK FROM VACATION. THE ONLY REASON WE CAN’T GO THIS XMAS IS BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE TO HAVE ALL THE MONEY WITHIN 2 MONTHS TO MEET THE DEADLINE OF 60 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. WE ARE FOR SURE THAT WE ARE GOING NEXT YEAR SO I KNOW I WILL HAVE TO GET THIS BOOKED THIS YEAR BECAUSE I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR 5 PLANE TICKETS INCLUDING HOTEL STAY. ALSO, WHEN WE GOT THEIR THEY UPGRADED OUR ROOM TO KING OCEANVIEW. THIS VACATION BY FAR BEATS BAHAMAS AND JAMAICA!! THANKS.
