Hey Judy,
Thank you so much for your email! Our wedding was incredibly
perfect. Believe it or not, everything went as planned and
better. We were stress free and thoroughly enjoyed every minute
of it. Our honeymoon as well was fantastic! Thank you so much
for everything that you did. We had no problems whatsoever.
Our planes were on time, the rental car was very convienient,
the Hyatt was incredible (the nicest we've ever seen), the
island of Kauai was heavenly. We took a day trip back over
to Oahu and visited a friend that lives there and she gave
us a tour of Pearl Harbor and about half of the island. We
did a helicoptor tour through Jack Harter Helicoptors which
was extremely fun, very smooth, and educational. Another day
we did the Kauai ATV tour which was great too. The rest of
the time we spent exploring the island and relaxing at the
Hyatt. We hope to do this exact same trip again in the near
future. We have told many people about our experience with
you and Elite Travel and have strongly suggested planning
their vacations through you. Thanks again for helping us have
the greatest honeymoon that we could have ever dreamed of.

Hey Ruth:
We apologize for the tardiness of this note. We wanted to
express our appreciation for suggesting The Royal Playa Del
Carmen Resort to us. We had a wonderful time. The resort was
everything and then some. We had an awesome time. The service
was great; food was good; weather was great; the accommodations
were perfect; and we did everything we wanted to do. Once
again, thank you for your diligence in finding the perfect
vacation for two people that needed to get away from the crazy
schedule of life. Sincerely,
Vince and Nancy Tyler / 9/6/2007 / Germantown, TN

hey kay,
its me lori, i recieved a call from one of your coworkers/boss
(not sure) today and she seemed upset about the letter i sent
you, i just want to make sure you know that the only reason
i sent that letter was because you told me to send you somthing
that you could forward to the transfer people that let them
know what had happened and how frustrated i was (with the
transfer people) I just want to let you know that i had wonderful
time i understand that you guys did nothing wrong it was the
co you went through i only said what i said to get the point
accross to whom ever you will be forwarding it to, i had the
understanding that you knew i would be writing a letter like
that. But anyways unfortuneately i am back to work and don't
have much time right now. So i will be writing you again soon
cause i have some pics that i want you to see.

We had so much fun I cannot even begin to explain!! The ship
was wonderful, the locations we're beautiful and we had a
great time!
We have decided our next will be something warmer. Maybe Eastern
Caribbean in fall of next year. We loved Celebrity, but we
are open to other ships as well. We liked the luxury of the
Celebrity line. I heard they have a new line called Azamara
I may be interested in checking out.

Hi Judy,
The wedding and honeymoon were great. We loved the Paradisus
with the Royal Service (I would recommend the upgrade it was
worth it) and the Villa Blanca was really nice too (the rooms
there were very quaint). The only drawback with Villa Blanca
is that they only had one restaurant and it was pretty far
from other things, so it was nice for a couple nights, but
staying there longer than that might be too much. The lost
iguana was neat b/c of it views of Arenal volcano, but the
service wasn't as good as the other two places. Overall we
had a great time! The only trouble we had was when we very
frist arrived, we met the gentleman from DCR and he gave us
our paperwork and put us on a shuttle, which we thought was
to our hotel, but it took us to the car rental company, we
explained that we did not have a car rental until Friday,
so they took us back to the airport, but by the time we got
back to the airport the "real" shuttle for the hotel
had already left and we were told would not be returning so
we took a taxi. Not a huge deal, the rest of the trip went
very smoothly.
Thank you so much for your help in choosing and booking our
trip. I would definately go through you again for future trips.

Hello Tammy,
First off thank you for paying the phone bill. Now that you
have explained that El Dorado dropped the ball I wish I would
have complained more over there. As it is, I had a difficult
time when I arrived and instead of being a happy day we were
both pretty upset. During our check-in I offered our Marriage
Certificate to the employee who helped us but he told us to
give it to our personal Concierge. Once our bags were delivered
and we went to speak with him we discovered there was an issue
with our honeymoon package. Pablo and Lisa said that our travel
agent did not book our package as a honeymoon so if we wanted
any of the extras that normally come in the package they would
charge it to the room. I told them that we paid for the honeymoon
package and I brought my certificate so I expected to get
what I was told we would have. They refused to even look at
the certificate told me to calm down and suggested that I
call my agent but at my expense. They would not pay for the
call because it was not there error. Also, they said that
the agency would have to mail them the information they required.
I told them that by the time they received the package we
would be gone and asked if ya'll could fax them something
instead. They finally agreed and then said that we would have
to wait until they received the information to do anything.
So when we went back the next day they told us that ya'll
had proved the information necessary and that we could start
booking our activities for the next day because they needed
a day in advance to make the reservation. Although, it was
nice to spend time there at the resort my husband and I really
wanted to book different activities and make the most of the
week instead we wasted a whole day and a half at the resort.
I would like to apologize to you Tammy and Elite Travel for
my behavior on the phone. My anger was directed at the wrong
people. The resort assured us that it was our agencies fault
and that is why I called and complained. Thank you for showing
me the link and setting the issue right.
Thanks again,

We
had a great trip and all enjoyed ourselves. The only thing
is, I had to upgrade to the Royal Service. Even though I was
"with" the group, I was not allowed to use their
pool, beach or the Gabi restaurant which was exclusive to
Royal Service only and by my upgrading it was more convenient.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Couples Sans Souci.
The location and landscaping at the resort was beautiful.
Every staff member that we came across was extremely friendly
and always smiling. They all seemed to truly enjoy their jobs
and made every effort to ensure that each guest felt special.
The food at the resort was good to very good. The presentation
was excellent; from the fruit carvings and fresh flowers on
all of the buffet tables to the incredible ice sculptures
at the Starlight Gala on Friday night. The quality of the
food was excellent, it just seemed that the entrées
were missing just a little something to make them really impressive.
We read before we went that the filet mignon on the in-room
dining menu was not be missed, and that is a true statement.
We had a very romantic, 4-course meal on our balcony one evening
overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The beer, wine, and liquor
choices are very limited. They only serve Red Stripe beer,
understandable to an extent, but a choice in beer would be
preferred. We don't drink liquor, but it seemed that they
only offered one premium brand of each type of liquor. Their
premium brands would barely qualify as premium here in the
states. Their skills at making frozen drinks are very, very
good.
The room that we stayed in was very spacious, with two full
bathrooms. The room was neat and somewhat clean, but one could
easily notice the age of the resort. The shower in the master
bathroom would only trickle water, but the second shower worked
just fine. It was really nice having two bathrooms. The second
bathroom door was difficult to open and close because the
hinges were falling out of the door frame itself. You could
see that they had been painted over and over several times
in their lifetime. Adding new hinges would not have fixed
the problem, a whole new door frame was needed. This was a
very, very noticeable flaw in the room. The ceiling fans provided
were very wobbly and somewhat noisy. The two wall mounted
AC units worked by remote control and kept the room nice and
cool. The AC in the master bedroom did breakdown on the day
before we left, though. I called the front desk to report
the problem. The AC was not repaired before we left and I
did not receive any correspondence regarding the issue. The
balcony was large and provided a beautiful view. The furniture
in the room was very comfortable, including the king size
bed. The flat panel satellite televisions in the room were
a nice touch.
The beauty of the resort grounds was breathtaking. Tropical
flowers, plants, trees, and shrubs were everywhere. We saw
workers walking the grounds each morning collecting flowers
to place in each of the rooms or to add to the buffet tables,
etc… There were so many beautiful walkways, stair cases,
and hidden paths. The complimentary couples massage was great.
The beach was nice. The sand was not white and fluffy, but
this resort is set at the bottom of a mountain-side on the
north coast of Jamaica that has very few natural beaches.
The amount of activities offered was sufficient. Snorkeling
was our favorite. We did that twice. The pools were nice,
including the swim-up bar at the main pool.
Overall, I would rate our experience at Couples Sans Souci
as EXCELLENT. The minor flaws in our room were only pointed
out for your reference and in no way detracted from our experience.
Thank you for your assistance in planning our honeymoon.
It was nice to know that with all of the other planning we
had to do for our wedding that everything was taken care of
by Elite Travel for our honeymoon.

The trip went really well. Jessi and I got engaged on the
trip and bought the ring in Playa Del Carmen.
The service at the hotel was excellent. The food was great.
I only had one thing I didn't like (seafood sandwich at the
pool) but I just ordered something else. We loved almost all
their shows (hypothesis, classic rock on the beach, Mexican
night and Monday night football) the only show we really didn't
care for was the Caribbean night show.
The pool area is a lot of fun. You can just float and relax
or get involved in many of the activities.
I would say I just liked the beach. I have been to better
beaches. I have also been to alot worse. I would say it is
a little bit above average.
We did two adventure trips Tulum extreme and ATV/speed boat
combo we both enjoyed them very much and would tell people
to take them if they go.
Kay did a great job getting everything set up we really appreciated
her help. I have used here in the past and will use here again
in the future.
If you need to or want to know anything else just let me know.-

WEDDING ( A Bride who now works for Elite Travel)
Hi Tam! I just wanted to check in with you and see how things
are while I’m in the beautiful Dreams Cancun! The weather
hasn’t let us down thus far, and everything has been
wonderful! My room, Holy S&%t!!!!!! The room was the best
surprise yet! UNBELIEVABLE. The staff has been wonderful as
well, very accommodating to everyone and everything that has
come up. All of our guests arrived safely and on time, and
they all LOVE the property. They have all decided that we
WILL be doing this on a yearly basis from this point on. Claudia
has gone above and beyond for us, and I love her to death.
After we arrived, Claudia introduced me to the entire staff
in her department, and they are wonderful as well. I just
wanted to say thank you for everything at this point, and
I LOVE my job! Well, I’m off to the spa once I go through
all of my emails, and awaiting my big day tomorrow so I will
have a few shots and drinks for you out on the beach~
Hope all is well, and can’t wait to return to the travel
industry…..
Shewwwww, it’s exhausting mingling with 40 of our favorite
friends and family all in one spot! Today is a “slow
day” considering that there is a group that went scuba
diving and another that went on a some tour for the day. R

Hi Tammy,
Maui was awesome. We had a wonderful time and the Hyatt was
absolutely beautiful. We just got in on Friday the 19th, so
we're still working on downloading the photos and such, but
I'd be happy to send you some of our trip once it's completed.
Elite Travel was great to us, and Kim even sent us a little
macadamian nut caramel popcorn which was really sweet and
delicious. We can't thank you enough and we'll be certain
to recommend you to others. As a matter of fact, my brother
is getting married in April and is planning his honeymoon
now. Once they figure out what they are going to do, I'll
see if they wouldn't like to go through Elite Travel for booking.
Thanks again. We'll be in touch,

Tammy – Hi! Just got back tonight from the trip to
the Iberostar. They upgraded us upon arrival to the Maya from
the Lindo at no cost so that was nice and the property was
very nice but not close enough to the ocean for me. I don’t
mind walking a bit, but the place was just huge! Gorgeous
grounds and very well maintained, food pretty good too, one
over cooked meal at the French place. The kids loved the wave
pool and lazy river so that was a hit with all of them. Scott
and the other girls took the tour of the new Grand Parasio
next door to us and said it was very nice, but it sounds like
it’s a more laid back crowd there. Does not seem like
a contender for our next adult trip.
I just wanted to let you know that I never received any travel
vouchers for the transportation to the hotel so I was a bit
lost there for a minute when we arrived. It took some time
to determine that Fun Jet was the operator for United Vacations
and they had our names, but I did not have any voucher, just
my paid receipt from you all so they checked that and made
a voucher up. Were we supposed to receive one? I check my
file just now thinking that maybe I forgot it, but nothing
here. We had walked along with our other friends who were
with GoGo and then realized that we didn’t book with
them and the search began.
Hope you have been well. It sure sucks coming home and having
to put the heat on!

Vegas was great! I think everyone really liked the rooms
at the Hilton.
They were clean, and spacious. Also the pool area was nice.
Especially the day after a night of partying in Las Vegas:)
We didn't gamble much but what we did gamble everyone lost.
We ate at nice restaurants and got to see Elton John on Saturday
night. Which was a great show I just wouldn't take kids. All
in all it was a great trip and the vouchers to and from the
airport worked out great.
I think our dates for the honeymoon will be leave the night
of July 3rd and fly back the night of the 12th. Hope that
help. We decided to do it that way so Jessi could get an extra
day off. She is running out of Vacation days already with
the wedding and all

Dear Kay:
The wedding went great. It was just exactly what we wanted!
Our honeymoon was great too. We appreciate all the help you
gave us. Our flights went good we didn't have any trouble
getting our boarding passes or our ride to the resort. The
resort was beautiful. We went snorkling, went on the glass
bottom boat ride, and then we just layed in the hamock and
relaxed. The people were all very nice and helpful. The food
was tremendous. I think we gained a few pounds:)
The only problem we had was when we came back to the United
States they told me I had to have a verification letter for
my passport application. But that took maybe 5 minutes so
it wasn't a big deal.
We really do appreciate all your help. It was so relaxing
and we had an amazing time. It was a great kick start to our
new lives together.

Hey Tammy!
Just wanted to send you a quick note to say Thank you for
everything!!! It could not have been more perfect! Dreams
& El Dorado were both clean, beautiful resorts, with fantastic
staff! Everyone was so eager to please and so helpful, they
truly work so hard from keeping the grounds clean to serving
you food & drinks, it was wonderful! Our wedding was perfect,
we had perfect weather and everything went smoothly.
Originally we had considered El Dorado for our wedding, but
they did not allow children and we have an 8 year old daughter.
I'm really happy that we decided on Dreams instead. Dreams
was perfect because it wasn't too big, we got to spend a lot
of time with our guests and it was easy to find each other.
Our daughter LOVED the explorers club, she didn't even want
to do anything with us, she just wanted to spend all of her
time there and the staff there is excellent. And the wedding
gazebo at dreams is like no other!
And El Dorado was perfect for our honeymoon, it was larger,
quieter, lots of couples, perfect for privacy and enjoying
our honeymoon together.
here is the link to our pictures, let me know if it doesn't
work for some reason. There is one album of pro pictures and
one of pics that we took, enjoy!

Hi Kay
We are back from our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time and
had wonderful weather. We had the opportunity to go to Paul’s
relatives hometown in Chalkida near Athens. We were able to
get upgraded to the 4th floor with a window. Staff, food and
boat were all very nice. Activities were a little slow I guess
given the age group and length of the tour or maybe the cruise
line itself.
We did have a terrible experience with missing our flight
from Paris to Newark. And they were so very smug abut it too.
Change over time was not enough, ½ hour. Terminal buses
were packed and ran so slowly. Giving you the heads up so
perhaps in the future I would suggest spacing connecting flights
with a little time considering Europe’s unorganization
and slow moving pace. They gave us no choice we had to wait
3 hours and go into JFK instead. Paul was highly irritated
to how we were treated and to their inflexibility. At least
it was at the end of our trip.
Will send you some pictures when we get them.

Hi Donna!
Everything was absolutely wonderful at the RIU Palace. The
food and the service were great. Magnolia, the wedding coordinator,
was excellent. She was very accommodating and made it happen.
I would definitely recommend her and the RIU Palace to anyone

wanted to share some of our pictures with you. You have been
wonderful to work with. I will be definitely be contacting

We were so disappointed to cut the trip short ... but fortunate

Hi there. I was just going through my email and realized
that I never responded to this. Our honeymoon was great. The
Tabacon resort was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely
be going back for an anniversary in the future. I cannot say
the same for Grand Papagayo. The electricity was off and on
the first day we were there. The resort employees were not
that friendly. They left us with no toilet paper one day.
The food was not that great. Overall we had a good time, but
we would never recommend Grand Papagayo to anyone.
The shuttle service to and from the airport and in between
resorts was also fantastic.
