Elite Travel DESTINATION WEDDING
Let me just tell you about my experience with Tammy and Elite
Travel
I got engaged in March and immediately found where I wanted
to get married in Jamaica. There was only one problem...the
complete lack of response from the wedding department and
the onsite wedding coordinator. I sent email after email and
got NOTHING in return..this went on for WEEKS..Then I found
this board and I found other brides just like me who had gotten
no response or ridiculously slow responses from these people...I
was ready to give up on my dream location because I was so
frustrated..and Tammy told me she could get me all the info
I wanted and needed and wouldn't charge me a thing...didn't
even require I book a thing with her agency before she gave
me EVERYTHING I needed to start the planning process..She
answered all of my questions and the insane number of emails
I sent her on a daily basis and she even confirmed details
of my wedding with the hotel coordinator - ALL BEFORE I BOOKED
A THING WITH HER!!!! (Why can't others do this????????????)
This won me over and I knew she was the person I needed to
help me with my wedding. We all know she gets a commission
from the hotels - we are definitely not stupid enough to think
she works for free - but she charges no fees and her prices
cannot be beat!! She was available 24/7 - even on Christmas!!
Every single guest that booked with her immediately loved
her and her agency - they had nothing but fabulous things
to say about her and the service they received. We were happy,
our guests were happy, and our wedding went according to plan..
We had a couple of unfortunate incidents happen while we were
in Jamaica and didn't know how to deal with them. Tammy immediately
stepped in. She personally dealt with everything herself and
kept in contact with us at the resort to make sure we enjoyed
our honeymoon after she flew home after the wedding. She truly
is amazing and without her I think our honeymoon wouldn't
have been as wonderful as it was....we didn't worry about
anything because we knew we were in good hands...she was taking
care of everything for us so we could enjoy our time in Jamaica
- I will FOREVER be grateful to her for that...she really
managed to turn the situation around.
What she says is true - she is out to make sure we have the
wedding of our dreams - she realllllllly does care about her
brides and she will make sure you are taken care of. She LOVES
what she does, it is obvious. Even though she has a large
staff - she personally gets involved and makes herself available.
She gets to know her brides and they become more than just
clients - she immediately became part of our family :)
She really took care of us - which was the most important
thing. I can't sing her praises enough - I can't even imagine
what we would have done without her, from the planning process
and dealing with the onsite planner to the actual wedding
itself, and then she went above and beyond for us and dealt
with the mess with the hotel to make sure we were able to
enjoy our honeymoon.

TAMMY,
WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AT BREEZES RUNAWAY BAY. WE DID ALOT
OF RELAXING. THE RESORT WAS NICE AND EVERYONE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY.
MY ONLY COMPLAINTS THERE WERE THE FOLLOWING:
THE BATHROOM SMELLED OF MOLD, IT WAS FINE IN THE AM ONCE IT
WAS FIRST CLEANED BUT BY THE EVENING AFTER A DAY OUT AT THE
BEACH AND WE CAME INTO SHOWER, IT WAS SMELLY ALMOST UNBEARABLE.
WE HAD TO KEEP BATHROOM DOOR SHUT!
THE BLANKETS ON THE BED WERE SCRATCHY.
IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A RESERVATION TO ANY OF THE RESTRAUNTS
AT THE HOTEL ON THE WEEKEND, I THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE BEEN
MORE ACCOMIDATING WITH THAT.
AND FINALLY, I WISHED THEY WOULD HAVE HAD 24 HOUR ROOM SERVICE,
OR EVEN ROOM SERVICE AT ALL. YOU COULDNT GET MEALS DELIVERED
EXCEPT FOR OJ AND A MUFFIN IN THE AM, AND WHEN WE WERE HUNGRY
AT 2:00 IN THE AM AND ALL THE FOOD FACILITIES WERE CLOSE WE
HAD NOTHING TO EAT.
I KNOW IT SOUNDS LIKE ALOT OF COMPLAINTS BUT I CAN HONESTLY
SAY THE RESORT WAS BEAUTIFUL, THEY HAD ALOT OF ACTIVITIES,
THE FOOD WAS DECENT, GREAT, HELPFUL STAFF, BEAUTIFUL BEACHES
AND THE SUPER ALL-INCLUSIVE PART WAS DEFINATELY THE BEST THING
ABOUT IT. I WOULD RECCOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER
FOR SURE.
YOUR TRAVEL AGENCY WAS GREAT, SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
HEATHER WAS AWESOME AND FIXED THE MIXUP WITH OUR TRAVEL DATES
RIGHT AWAY. I HATED THE 5 HOUR LAYOVER THAT TRURNED INTO ALMSOT
6 1/2 AT MIAMI AIRPORT, DEFINATELY DONT EVER WANT TO DO THAT
AGAIN, BUT OTHERWISE I WILL TELL ANYONE IN NEED OF A TRAVEL
AGENT ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY
HONEYMOON DREAMS COME TRUE

To Whom It May Concern:
This morning, I returned from a trip on the above ship that
was to go to four ports; Key West, Belize City, Santo Tomas,
and Cozemel (when booked on 3/4/2007 this trip was to go to
Costa Maya which was replaced by Cozemel). It managed to go
to TWO of them; Belize and Santo Thomas. M.S. Veendam could
not go to KeyWest and Cozemel due to 'propeller problems'
which would consequently detain them from getting into the
other ports, Belize and Tampa, in time. Upon leaving the ship
this moning I spoke with a couple who were on the ship the
previous week (Nov 11 to 18) and THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO
THEM - due to propeller problems etc., two of THEIR ports
were cancelled. I am sure that this week's trip, Nov 25 -
Dec 2 will be the same story. This is totally unacceptable.
Your motto is A Signature of Excellence. I did not see that
in action on my first voyage on Holland America.
It is noted that your ship did 'graciously' reimburse each
passenger a total of $150 for the two ports missed. I find
this totally unacceptable. Our total charge for our daughter
(in S.R. 770) and us (in S.R 766) was a total of $2964.18
and for two ports p.p. we were refunded the sum of $450?
My husband and I live in a golf community which books trips
regularly on cruise lines such as yours. We would appreciate
a response from you as to a more appropriate handling of this
rediculous episode which to me, sounds like it is all too
familiar.

Hi Kay,
The wedding was beautiful everything turned out just how
I wanted it.
Eldorado Royale was the most beautiful place I have ever
been. Joe and I
wear thrilled with the entire honeymoon. When we arrived,
I actually
cried because it was everything that I had hoped it would
be. I also
cried on the last day because I didn't want to leave...I am
kind of
emotional!
Our room faced the ocean and the view was amazing it was
also in the
perfect spot next to the pool and beach. When we got there
we had
champagne waiting for us in the room and flowers on the bed.
The room
also had robes and slippers waiting for us. We loved the hammock
on the
balcony and loved to watch the sunrise and set from our room.
We had such a great time, there where tons of activities
to do like bike
riding, ceramic painting, and beach volley ball, etc. We really
made the
most out of everything. At night we went dancing at one of
the bars that
had a live band.
The service was exceptional, from the personal concierge
to wait staff
to room service. The food was incredible, we really enjoyed
eating
whatever, whenever and as much as we wanted. The selection
of
restaurants was great, and we had a different meal for lunch
and dinner
everyday. It was nice not having to worry about the cost of
drinks and
food.
I think our favorite night was dinner under the stars, it
was very
romantic and a good way to start our honeymoon. We ordered
and bottle of
wine and had fondue on the beach. There was a saxophone player,
which
really made the evening perfect.
Since we were there for 8 days we wanted to leave the resort
and go on
two trips. We booked the tours through American Express. The
transportation was very organized and the tour guides were
excellent.
One Wednesday we went to Chitzaneza (I didn't spell that right)
the
Mayan Ruins. On Friday we went to Xcaret, we swam in under
ground caves
and swam with Dolphins.
Joe and I had an incredible honeymoon and it was the best
vacation we
both had ever had. We definitely will be only look for all
inclusive,
since we thought it was such a great deal. Also, we look forward
to
booking another vacation through Elite.
I don't have any pictures at work but I will email some to
you soon.
Thanks,
Adrienne and Joe Vallejo / 11/05/2007 / Tampa, FL

Sorry it has taken so long to answer this email. It's been
really busy since we got back.
The trip was great except for using American Airlines for
the flight, and having to go thru Miami.
On the way out, there was a problem with the plane we were
changing to in Miami, and this caused an additional hour layover.
Then in Jamaica, they couldn't figure out which belt to put
the luggage on so that took longer too.
Durring our layover in Miami comming back, we were told that
the flight attendants had just gotten off a plane on the other
side of the terminal and it would take another 20 minutes.
This turned into well over an hour as each attendant had to
stop a separate places to pick up food, while their coworkers
waited. (We had taken a walk after finding out that we were
going to have to wait awhile longer, and saw this first hand.)
In our opinion, American Airlines is not concerned with the
service it gives their customers, and we have no intention
of ever flying that airline again.
On the plus side, the travel to the resort was the only problem
we had with the trip. It could have been a little sunnier,
but the rain gave me a little time for a nap between partying
with Pam and Ryan and... partying with Pam and Ryan! Ocho
Rius was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Thanks for getting everything arranged.

Katie, Tammy,
South Seas is a great location for outdoor activities on the
water. Kayaking, Fishing, Tennis***, short course golf, biking.
The North End of the Resort is where you would want to put
guests up as the amenities are newer and closer to all the
Hot Spots (Recreation & Dining). I would consider this
a 4 star property, not 5. You do not feel fully "Pampered"
but rather have lots of close activities that you can do on
your own. The Spa is So So, 3*. Food Not Good. Food off site
on Captiva is excellent but on-site food not good and poor
service. 5+ days is to long at South Seas as you run out of
things to do.
I would suggest sending the Active/Adventure Traveler looking
for a affordable 3-4 day getaway. Put them up in the N. End
"Hotel" Bayside rooms and tell them to eat most
meals just off site.

Hi
Kay!
We had such a wonderful time on the cruise. Thank you so
much for
helping us coordinate it all. All of the islands were beautiful
and the
ship was so nice. The food was outstanding! I would definitely
travel
on the Valor again.
Yes, next time we make it up there we will be sure to give
you a call
first!
Thanks again Kay!

Working with Tammy and her team at Elite was a breeze! There
were a ton of details involved in planning our sales trip
for 50+ people, but every “i” was dotted and “t”
crossed. They were always there with answers – from
answering the phone to answering our many, many questions.
Tammy’s contacts in the industry are impressive and
we’re convinced she and her team can pull off any type
of event and any request!

Hello Judy,
We had an absolute blast on our trip. Here are just a few
of my favorite pictures of the trip. The resort was spectacular
with a beautiful peaceful beach, 3 swimming pools, tons of
activities and the staff would literally bend over backwards
to please you no matter what your request was. Our room had
a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. We went horseback
riding,
fishing (I caught a 150 lb striped Marlin), shopping and spent
a lot of our time just chilling out at the resort. We saw
whales, sea lions, manta rays and met some really great people.
The food was fantastic and we learned all of the most important
words for our trip: Ola,Gracias,Cervasa,Tequila and Banyo!
That was about all of the spanish we needed. We had a great
time- thank you for all of your help. If we get the opportunity
to go in the future- I would try to make other arrangements
for our flight schedule. I would also warn anyone who is going
that when they arrive at the airport there are several people
trying to get you to sign up
for tours, etc. and that you should go straight thru the airport
to your transportation and not stop at those booths. It is
a little confusing when you step off the plane and they ask
you to come with them for this presentation- you feel like
they are there with your particular transportation group and
in fact- they are just there to try to sell you some tours.
Other than that- I wouldn't change a thing! Thanks,

Our Trip to Breezes Runaway bay was fantastic! Everything
was better than we had hoped for. The staff were fantastic
and always making sure that we were as comfortable as possible.
And the grounds were so beautiful, lush greens and a great
beach. The SCUBA diving was great, we saw a lot more sea life
than we thought we would, and even the reef right off the
beach was perfect for snorkeling. Being that it was February
the water in both the pools and the ocean was a little chilly,
but we can't even complain about that.We had a fantastic trip.
Thank you!

Hi There Tammy,
We were very impressed with all the travel arrangements,
the only thing that was disturbing was that two of Jonathan's
rooms were broken into. We enjoyed the rest of the trip very
much. We will definately refer you to our friends when they
are looking into making travel arrangements. Thanks again

Hello Tammy, DESTINATION WEDDING GUEST
Thank you for the follow up. We enjoyed our trip immensely,
everything was perfect. The resort was beautiful and everything
was exactly the way it was advertised. I have attached some
of the photographs we took of the resort and surrounding area.
On another note we are interested in planning another trip
for January of ;09, and would like some information regarding
pricing and such. There will be a max of 6 adults on the trip
and we want to go for 7 days/ 6 nights at RIU of course. Any
Information you could supply would be great. Thanks

Tammy,
Well, Brian did not go, however, I enjoyed the resort, I
would have upgraded had I known there were rooms upgrades

you mean it!

Hi
Tammy
The only way I can describe your travel service is "Five
Stars". Your services made everything so easy and convenient.
The hotel Riu Ocho Rios was the next thing to paradise. All
the events were super. And for the wedding - it was something
very special. It was well organized. The trip will definitely
be a lasting memory.
The only negative thing was the bus trip to the hotel. After
a long day of traveling, we ended up with a three hour trip
from the airport because of a group who started partying right
from the airport and got somewhat out of control with drinking
and at least three pits stops. But we made it.
Again everthing was great Thank You
YEAH MON - NO PROBLEM!!

Hi Tammy,
Our trip to El Dorado Royale was wonderful. The only unfortunate
thing is that we did have to move our flight earlier to avoid
bad weather leaving Atlanta, and we called an Elite Travel
Rep Friday 1/18 to let them know so our airport transfer would
be adjusted, and the American Express reps at the Cancun airport
were not aware of the switch. It really didn't cause any trouble
at all... Thanks for everything..it was great!

Tammy,
Thanks for your follow up email.
Our trip was fantastic! In fact, both Susan and I agree that
this was better than a cruise and actually the best vacation
we’d been on. We enjoyed all aspects of this vacation
and would recommend Dreams and Elite to any of our friends
contemplating a Caribbean trip of any kind.
The place was so great that we never really went off the
site. Everything we wanted was right there. The food was so
good that we can say that we didn’t have a single bad
meal. The fact that it was all inclusive made it even more
enjoyable. The facilities were all that we could ask for and
the wedding went off well.
All in all, I would give this vacation a 10 out of 10.

The
hotel was great, Jamaica was beautiful and the people were
really nice. Only problem was that my sister, brother-in-law
and me were robbed while we were there. The security think
that it was an employee that stole $600.00 cash from my sister
and brother-in-law, and an Ipod Nano, jewelry from my sister's
wedding, and a portable DVD player from me. Other than that
the trip was great!

Hi Heather,
We had a wonderful time in Jamaica. The tours suggested were
amazing. We went on the Canopy tour, Dunn's River falls, Green
Grotto Caves, Fern Gully. So much fun and everyone involved
with these tours were great. Green Grotto was my favorite.
Totally unexpected fun, the tour guide was so knowledgeable
and funny. The Canopy tour was great, and at 53 I was worried
if I would be able to make it. I can tell all I survived and
never laughed and screammed so much in my entire life. Dunn's
River Falls was beautiful, such a natural wonder. We had a
great time, however there were so many people the guides were
rushing us a bit too much. Next time I will try to find a
time when it isn't so crowded.
RIU was a great resort. The service staff was attentive,
food was so varied in St. Ann's you could always find something
to your tastes. Mammy Bay was wonderful for my daughter's
rehearshal dinner. However I thought they need to have more
servers. Our server "Newton" worked so hard to accommodate
our party of 25. He was so fantastic we requested he serve
at the wedding dinner.
The Spa personnel were great also. We spent the whole day
with hair and make-up. All the time laughing and enjoying
what could have been a very tedious time. Hats off to Audrey
especially for making my daughter feel so special. Especially
when we had encountered a problem the night before.
My daughter and son-in-law's room was robbed. Their safe
was broken into and cash was missing.
This would have been devastating especially in a foreign
country. All I can say is THANK YOU Tammy Levent and Elite
Travel. Your handling of the situation was greatly appreciated.
You wouldn't want this to happen to anyone, but we actually
had it happen again after the wedding. The last night we had
a special dinner at Sir Richard's (must do!). While at dinner
my other daughter's room was broken into and her safe
robbed. As we were leaving the next morning we left this to
the hotel security guards and notified Elite Travel. I am
positive the out come will be okay. RIU Ocho Rios is a beautiful
resort and I certainly would not judge them by this incident.
Remember as a traveler you much expect things to go wrong
sometime. I am just glad I have Elite Travel to help me. Won't
book anything out of the country without them!
Thank you for everything,

My trip was fantastic. Flights were on time, and everything
was where it was supposed to be.
Unfortunately the only issue is that my 2 friends safes were
broken into at the hotel, and I will think twice about staying
at that specific location, however Elite Travels services
were amazing. I was able to meet Tammy as well and she was
a lot of fun to be around. I will use your services in the
future. Thanks again

Tammy,
To tell the truth, I was a little disappointed. As I'm sure
you know, this trip was part of the Pastore wedding. As I'm
sure you'll hear from others, 2 people in our party had there
rooms broken into and property stolen. So what should have
been a relaxing vacation, turned stressful wondering each
time I left my room, if my property would be there when I
returned.
In addition to that, the elevator broke in my building. My
room was said to have an ocean view... It didn't. The food
was OK, but not exactly great. There drinks were average.
The staff was great, except those involved with breaking and
entering the rooms of course. The property was beautiful and
kept very clean.
As far as Elite Travel's part...I was was very satisfied.
My tickets arrived on time. The packet, luggage tags, and
travel case was very nice.

Thank you very much for your email. Overall, we had
a fabulous vacation. The weather was perfect, the temperature
of the water was perfect, and the activities for kids and
adults were wonderful!
However, we had slight problems with check-out and transportation.
I believe there was miscommunication on someone's end regarding
the late check-out policy. Our papers, provided by you, requested
two beds and late check-out. They honored the two beds but
failed to mention that they were not honoring the late check-out.
Perhaps, you should advise your clients of this as it was
not clear to us. My husband mentioned that they honored the
bed request without any restrictions but then placed restrictions
on the other. They had no answer for him as it was written
that way on our travel documents. Additionally, we were under
the assumption that the request had been made, by you guys,
so ultimately Dreams needed to communicate that they would
not honor our request which they failed to do.
The entire American Express transportation/solicitation of
tours was obnoxious. First and foremost, the guy was never
there. He would request you sit down with him to get your
vouchers so he could sell you a tour. Granted it is his job
it was utterly annoying. Also, they wrote down the incorrect
flight information which caused more of a fiasco. They had
our flight time two hours earlier and when we tried to call
to resolve the situation but no one was available to help
us, SURPRISE. Ultimately, we got a call at 2:15 PM telling
us to get on the van. I reasoned with the guy, as I speak
fluent Spanish and he basically told me if we didn't go then
they would not have a van for us. Finally, somehow we get
through to American Express and they look into it. Great you
realize you made a mistake and you will rectify it by sending
a van at the scheduled time. After an hour of rushing to get
out of our hotel room there is no van at the scheduled time.
You might think we were surprised but we knew there would
be no van at the scheduled time. The moment the guy told me
there would be no van for us at that time, we believed him.
Finally, a cab gets called and we are raced to the airport.
I guess my question is, how much did we pay for the transportation
service?
We had a lovely vacation minus these glitches. They did not
take away from our overall enjoyment but boy it is really
not a nice way to end the vacation.
Thank you,
The Venzs / 1/6/2008 / Breckenridge, CO / Dreams

Tammy:
I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. Of course, I was busy helping
with preparations most of the time I was there and participating
in the great event. It was the first time I had stayed in
an all-inclusive place and that was amazing. It took some
getting use to for me to be able to go in sit, down, order
and eat a meal or drink and just get up and leave. I will
certainly look into that again. The resort, itself, was beautiful,
the rooms were very generous with balconies and the weather
was superb.
I have no complaints about the trip except for the travel
to and from. My trip back was the worse. The bus picked us
up from the hotel at 9:00 on Sunday morning and with the check
in and the changing connections in Charlotte, NC, I did not
walk into my home until 11:21 Sunday night. That is a trip.
Next time, I will get a straight through flight.
I would recommend your organization for travel. I thought
everyone was professional and very helpful. Thank you again,
for your help and the packet you sent me was invaluable.
Sincerely,

This was our 1st of I hope MANY trips to Couples and we absolutely
LOVED CSA!
We had a BFV suite on the 3rd floor and fell asleep and woke
up listening to the ocean....it was like heaven.
We arrived on 12/1 and stayed til 12/8....the worst part
of the whole trip was having to leave! We loved everything
about CSA, and our wedding was more than we could have ever
dreamed of!
We had a private dinner on the beach and to our special surprise....Big
D was our waiter! We had so much fun the entire time.

Frank... First of all, I apologize for not sending this sooner...
With the Holidays upon us when we got back from the honeymoon,
things were just crazy...
ANYway... I wanted you to know that El Dorado Royale was AMAZING!!!
Absolutely wonderful. We would recommend to ANYone and have
already.. The accommodations were to die for and we REALLY
enjoyed having the swim up casita........ the only way to
go in my opinion... Brian got sick the night we were going
to do our candelight dinner but they rescheduled with no problem
and that night was truly amazing.... it was such a romantic
setting and we had such a great time just hanging out and
doing much of nothing... We highly recommend skipping the
buses to go shopping... We took a cab and it was much easier
and not that much money at all... I was so surprised with
the food... Usually in an "all-inclusive", the food
is average at best but this place had AMAZING food at every
meal... Thanks so much for all of your help in 2007..
Ok... on for 2008... We were thinking of planning a famiy
trip to Colorado (preferably) for the week after Christmas...
When I say family, we were thinking probably 8 adults and
5 children.... So, we were wondering if you might have some
suggestions for us... Obviously, cost is a factor with that
many people and we were hoping to stay in a house or a cabin
or two?? See what you can dig up and let me know.... I know
we have a lot of time to do it but I wanted to get a jump
on the planning piece...
Thanks Frank!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Hi Carol,
Our trip was incredible. The kids loved the Club Med. We played
tennis, swam, sang karaoke, watched a movie under the stars
("Elf") and took a little boat out on the river.
I would say the food was great and the service was wonderful,
but the accommodations are a bit tired. One of the employees
told me that they are planning a face lift this next year,
so I'm sure it is going to be even better. It was quiet, just
before Christmas. But things were picking up and expected
to be fairly full for Christmas week. All in all, a wonderful
time for a get-away with the kids. They did not participate
too much in the kids club because they wanted to spend time
with me, but they did try out the circus trapeze and great
fun!! Thank you so much for you help and encouragement on
checking out a Florida escape. It was perfect!

Hi
Pauline,
We had a great time in Jamaica. Christy & Kamaal's Wedding
was beautiful. Jerry still wants to talk to you about becoming
a travel agent part time. Jerry and I really suprised them.
Thank you for keeping us a secret!!!!!
The resort was beautiful. The only thing we were disappointed
in was the food. We ate one night at Sir Richards and it was
good. The other times the food was not.
We saw alot of topless women and speedos. It was something
I was not use to seeing.
Jerry will be calling you soon. Thanks for everything. attached
are a couple of pictures.

DESTINATION WEDDING
oh my lord---Katie---El Dorado Royale was the best!!! I love
how secluded it was and simply gorgeous. The staff was fantastic
and the food phenomenal. We visited Tulum, Xel Ha and Playa
De Carmen. If we go back to that area we want to stay in Playa
Del Carmen. It was more upscale and you can just walk to the
beach without being a guest in a hotel.
Cancun was okay---i don't think I will be going back. It was
like Vegas meets Miami. The hotel was nice and the beach was
great. We went to Congo Bongo and boy was that something out
of this world. I think if we had visited 10 years ago as far
as the party scene it would have been much more enjoyable.
i think i'm getting too old for the clubs. our guests enjoyed
the hotel and i was told that they had the best spa. the food
on the other hand was dissapointing. the world cafe where
we had breakfast was probably the best food i ate there. the
other places, oceana, seaside grill and the japanese place
himitsu was not anything to write home about. daniella was
great and gave me a bouquet and flowers for my hair for no
additional charge. she was really busy and didnt' stick to
her appointments with me so i guess that's why she threw in
the flowers and gave me like 200 dollars off of my total.
I was happy about that so all in all she was accomodating.
a few of my guests mentioned how helpful you were so i wanted
to let you know. we ended up having a total of 18 guests because
a few people made their own travel arrangements and colin's
best friend surprised us because he said he couldn't make
it and all of a sudden appeared. it was great. we have wonderful
photos from the ceremony which was the best. the food at the
reception was the best dinner we had as well. the staff was
very pleasant so overall the stay was great---the food was
the only thing people didn't like and believe me they voiced
their opinion :-)
i will send photos once colin uploads them to the computer.
oh and the bars close at 11pm at dreams so some people didn't
like that--especially those from ny.

DESTINATION WEDDING
Thanks for all of your help. Colin and I truly enjoyed ourselves
and this trip did a great deal for our relationship. We will
be using you for future travel and we need to talk to you
about a trip for this time next year. We are thinking of doing
this annually with the kids so if you can think of other tropical
places that have all inclusive family friendly resorts that
would be great.
Also Colin said he wouldn't mind receiving emails about last
minute great deals for the two of us like a weekend trip or
something. So basically if you ever run across something amazingly
priced--let us know. We might just be able to do it.
Oh the other thing I forgot to mention was the Explorer's
club for kids at Dream. The kids loved it. The staff was really
nice and they had activities from 930 to 930. We didn't let
Caylin and Brandon stay all day, but they enjoyed activities
between 930am and around 12noon. For someone 10 and up they
might not like it, but caylin is 9 and brandon is 6. He enjoyed
it much more, but like i said the activities were great.

Hi Frank, Just a quick note to let you know that we had a
wonderful time on our vacation. The resort was absolutely
beautiful, the people were very friendly and the food was
fabulous. We are thinking about going back in Sept or early
October of 08 for about the same amount of time if not a day
or two longer...it takes a few days to get wound down to the
island way...if you can keep me posted on any specials coming
up???Well, again thank you for your help with arranging our
trip, we look forward to booking with you in the future.
